Our Curriculum

In the first month, "Laying The Foundation | Genesis," we focus on building a solid groundwork for a porn-free life. We prioritize creating a strong WHY and community building, helping members connect with a supportive network of individuals on the same mission. Together, we tackle strategies to handle temptations effectively, identify triggers that lead to relapse, and cultivate discipline. Additionally, we address mindset shifts, environmental adjustments, and habit transformation to create a strong foundation for lasting change.

During the second month, "The Deep Why's | Exodus," we delve into the profound reasons behind each individual's porn addiction. This includes addressing the underlying emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects contributing to their addiction. This includes exploring the science behind how pornography alters the brain, providing valuable insights and understanding. Members are equipped with clear action items to break free from the shame cycle and develop healthy coping mechanisms. We also focus on helping them identify their underlying emotional and psychological needs, empowering them to address these needs in healthier ways.

In the final month, "Transformation | The Promised Land," members focus on reprogramming their minds and reconnecting to their creator. Members also have the opportunity to step into leadership roles within our community. They can choose to become bible study leaders, guiding and supporting other men on their journey to overcome pornography addiction. This month is dedicated to solidifying their newfound lifestyle, and identity, and empowering them to serve as role models for others. We provide ongoing accountability measures to help members maintain their progress and ensure a sustainable transformation.
